TheShift

Your next chapter is calling.

The Shift is an intimate, three-day experience for accomplished women ready to reconnect with themselves, reimagine what's possible, and move forward with clarity, confidence, courage, and community.

Now Curating Spring 2027 · Catskills, New York
Limited to 20 women
Two women having a thoughtful one-to-one conversation at The Shift.

You arrive

Successful, capable,
but stretched.

You’re the person everyone relies on.
There’s little room left to ask what you need.

Your body is changing.
What used to work for you may no longer feel right.

You’re weary of wellness culture.
Everywhere you turn, there’s another thing to fix about yourself...and another thing to buy.

The life you worked hard to build still matters.
But parts of it may no longer fit.

You know something needs to change.
You haven’t had the space to work out what.

“There was never a moment when I did not feel supported, encouraged, seen.”
On making space

Three days can be
profoundly transformational.

Stepping out of endless to-do lists and the cacophony of people who need something from you.

Space to hear yourself. To be yourself. Exceptional facilitation - from different experts, points of view and modalities - guiding you towards answers, clarity, a deeper calm and confidence in your choices.

You don’t have to work everything out. You can leave with a clearer sense of where to begin.

What we explore together

The Shift connects the dots—and opens what’s possible.

Our lives, bodies, money, voices, and the world around us are connected. The Shift brings these conversations together so we can get clear on what we want—and act on it.

Life & Identity

You can be good at the life you’ve built and still want something different. What still fits? What nagging beliefs tell you what you can’t do—or who you’re allowed to be? Explore what’s possible when those beliefs stop making the decisions.

Financial Agency

Our money stories shape what we believe we can ask for, choose, or leave. Unpack the expectations women carry about dependence, responsibility, and worth—and the freedom, fear, and shame tied to money.

Body & Health

Your body is changing. The advice is relentless, often with something to sell. Make sense of the information about women’s health and hormones, ask your questions, and consider what support makes sense for you.

Voice & Influence

Everyone relies on you—but are you being heard? Where are you editing yourself, softening what you mean, or waiting to be asked? Practice saying what matters without apologizing for it.

AI & Human Potential

What could AI make possible for you? Explore practical tools to move a bold idea forward, try something you couldn’t do before, or get mundane tasks off your plate.

Politics & Power

Who makes decisions about our bodies, rights, and futures? Examine how power works, what’s at stake for women, and where we can act—individually and together.

The experience

An immersive,
whole-body shift.

At our first gathering, women asked what they really wanted, practiced naming their boundaries, and made space for honest conversations.

There were tears, laughter, dancing, and friendships that began between strangers. Conversations. Creative exploration. Time to notice what matters.

Three women sharing ideas and working with colorful creative materials around a table at the first Shift gathering.
From our first gathering.

Mornings

Yoga, somatic experiences,
and reflection.

Days

Workshops, small group coaching,
expert conversations, and art.

Evenings

Long-table dinners, fireside activities,
movement, and music.

Between

Massage, nature walks, 1:1 coaching,
and time to integrate.

A glimpse of the rhythm. The Spring program is taking shape.

From our first gathering

A glimpse inside The Shift.

The conversations. The quiet moments. The things we made room for.

A workbook, a quiet moment, and the space to put your own thoughts first.

Time to hear yourself

Conversations that matter

In pairs and small groups, women made room for honest reflection.

Words, color, and creativity turned possibilities into something participants could take home.

Community

The women
beside you.

Small enough that every woman is known.
Large enough to challenge your assumptions.

Women with different experiences, perspectives, and life paths—connected by a willingness to reflect honestly, listen generously, and explore what comes next.

The group gathered together outside the glasshouse at The Shift’s first retreat.

In their words

“The Shift was an amazing opportunity to not only connect with other women but also with myself - and in a way that I haven't been able to do in years. It was a beautifully cultivated experience.”
“I learned that rest doesn’t have to be earned, vulnerability doesn’t diminish strength, and community can emerge in the most unexpected places.”
“The Shift is unlike anything I’ve ever attended. I got to know myself on a deeper level. My eyes were opened to new ways of thinking.”

The Guides who meet you
where you are.

The Shift has an extensive community of coaches and practitioners who span disciplines and approaches. For every retreat, we build a powerful team of cross-disciplinary coaches who bring complementary perspectives, challenge us to think differently, and support us as we turn insight into possibility.
